2021 is drawing to a close, which makes this a time to celebrate and reflect on the year that was. While it’s certainly been a challenging time for many here on the Garden Isle and across the world, we’re also very thankful to be celebrating many of the year’s successes so far—and there’s been no lack of things to celebrate, as business has been booming here at Wai’oli Properties as of late!

Just how booming, you ask?

Why, just recently, Waioli helped one of their clients close on the property of their dreams in Kilauea in late November—to the tune of $4.65 million dollars! The 4-bed, 4.5-bath home features over 4300 square feet of living space and comes complete with spectacular mountain views. Needless to say, the happy homeowners are over the moon with their new purchase, and all of us here at Wai’oli give them much mahalo for their business and a hearty aloha nui to the neighborhood!

Speaking of, the most-recent real estate facts and figures definitely bear out that 2021 has been a banner year for real estate: in November, the median sales price for single-family homes held steady at $1,075,000, a 37% increase from the median in November of 2021. On the whole, there has been over $1.8 billion in total dollar volume sold this year, which is a whopping 125% increase from 2020 to date. How high will things go in 2022?
