I have been renting out my apartment at Sun Village for more than 30 years and always handled all of the business aspects myself, from locating tenants, negotiating leases, collecting fees and rents, to arranging for repairs, etc., etc.  Recently I hired Waioli Properties to handle all of these things and life is much easier. They have carefully vetted renters and handled all the issues that inevitably arise.  They keep me informed if repairs are needed and provide clear financial statements so I know exactly how much I have received in rent and paid for fixes. I don't have to worry about legal issues as these are well understood by Waioli Properties.  Life is good!
